Ingredients: Apple pieces, hibiscus petals, chopped dates, rose hips, dried orange peels, whole raspberries, strawberry chips and some natural flavour.
This is an infusion made from chopped fruits, there's no tea leaves in here! It's prominent tastes are of apple and strawberry, and it's seriously colourful.
Use boiling waster, and give it 8-10 minutes to steep. Dried fruits need time to take on water and brew, so it's best made in a teapot or similar such big brewing pot. A gentle simmer in a pan on the stove would be even better.
This one is really great cold brewed, just put a handful in a jug and pour on half a litre of cold water, cover and put in the fridge overnight for a naturally, not sugary, sweet fruit drink (and serve chilled easily all day!)
