A versatile and traditional Chinese tea. Oolong teas are neither green or black tea, but are a category all of their own, and are many and varied. Oolong usually can only be achieved by mature tea plants, and growers can wait 25-40 years for the plants to yield leaves fit for this tea.
This one is a young oolong, and has a deeply satisfying rounded taste. It has more fullness and depth than green tea, but is brighter and less bitter than black tea.
